Gardiner’s 1-Day HVAC Technical Training courses offered are specifically designed around the operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of HVAC equipment and products.
This course is a packed-full day of studying, identifying, understanding and troubleshooting the three major heat pump systems. Air sourced heat pumps, which exchange heat air-to-air, are studied by component, refrigerant type, control and configuration. Water sourced heat pumps, which reject or extract heat to/from a water medium, undergo the same analysis. Geothermal heat pumps, which reject heat to or extract heat from the stable temperatures of the ground at depth via a circulated liquid. In addition, receive analysis regarding transfer media, different soil effects on transfer, pumping systems and the process of switching from heat to cool in that environment.
