Gardiner’s 1-Day HVAC Technical Training courses offered are specifically designed around the operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of HVAC equipment and products. In this course, students will learn the basics of applied refrigeration within the air conditioning environment.

The student will see the ways heat transfers into a structure, how refrigeration equipment and components affect that heat and what those components are.  Components to be studied: Evaporators, Condensers, Compressors and Metering Devices for refrigeration plus packaged, split, standard efficiency and high efficiency AC units.

TARGET AUDIENCE:  Commercial Contractors, HVAC Service & Maintenance Technicians and Maintenance Supervisors

RECOMMENDED PREREQUISITES:  None

CLASS SIZE: Limited to 25 Students

COST: $150/student

CLASS EDUCATION CREDITS:   No Continuing Education Units (CEUs) – A certificate of completion (8 hours) will be provided to those for self-reporting.
