Message to our Clients & Partners,

 

Like all of you, we at GARDINER have been busy monitoring the quickly-evolving COVID-19 situation and have been in close contact with our Associates, our Clients and our supplier partners throughout the situation.

We’re fortunate to have the deepest, most experienced team in the market, with 221 of the industry’s best service technicians, engineering resources, automation specialists, account managers and client-support personnel here to serve you.

Throughout the State of Ohio’s Stay at Home Order, we have been reassuring our Clients that as an essential service we are OPEN FOR BUSINESS and will be here to support you as we work through this crisis as a community. As Responsible Restart Ohio is in full swing and more parts of the state and our economy are opening back up, GARDINER will continue to be here to support you in keeping your building as safe as possible.

Here are a few key highlights of our response plan:

 

Associate & Client Safety

Safety is always GARDINER’s top priority. Since before COVID-19 was deemed a pandemic, we’ve been following the CDC’s Guidelines for Businesses & Employers. Our management, safety, and human resources teams have been working closely with our Associates to help prevent the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19) and to keep each other and our clients safe. Early on, we began taking proactive, preventive measures to protect visiting Clients and Associates working in our facilities.

Knowing our Associates often enter client facilities and/or offices to provide our professional services, we have shared specific instructions with them on the importance of reducing the transmission of diseases.

 

Business Continuity

GARDINER’s operations are fully functional. Our offices remain OPEN, while some of our Associates are working remotely. While we are limiting group meetings to 10 or fewer individuals, our offices are open for client visits where appropriate. Please work through your GARDINER representative to determine whether a videoconference or in-person meeting makes the most sense your you and your specific situation.

In-person training sessions have been suspended, but where possible we’re conducting virtual training to meet Client needs.

 

Service Client-Site Protocol

We will continue to provide Clients with maintenance & repair services as long as we are able to access their locations.

Our Service Coordinators and Technicians have been instructed to reach out and schedule our inspections to be certain access is permitted and understand each Client’s site requirements. Please contact us if you have any special access processes or requirements. We will continue to support all our contractor clients with start-up and warranty support. Request Service

 

Remote Support

GARDINER’s Building AI: Applied Intelligence group is fully staffed and here to support Clients with remote services & our help desk. If on-site service is necessary, building analytics can provide technicians with data and root-cause analysis to expedite service and minimize time on site. Learn More about Building AI

 

Parts & Supplies

Our Parts centers remain open for business to support you. Our Parts Centers are open for business, but we require anyone coming into the location to observe our safety guidelines (maintain 6+ foot distance, wear face covering, etc…). We are still offering a “No Contact Pick Up Zone” for clients who prefer. For our Solon store, we ask that you call 440-394-4000 when you arrive and we will bring your order out to you or direct you to Pick Up Dock #5. For our Toledo location, please call 419-794-3400.
